A quest for brewing quality "fast" and "slow" beers led our founder, Jim Stearns, to open his own brewery.
His four-year long search for the right property led him and his wife to northeastern New Mexico. They purchased a historic building, originally the Dwyer Building, built in 1908. With 7,000 SF of cellar space, they plan to fill it with a variety of styles.
Our seating is on a first come, first served basis. However, if you are planning an event, drop us a line and we'll hook you up.
